Contact & Network Data

Business card data, contact details of your professional network that you upload or scan using the platform. You warrant that you have lawful basis and consent to process such data.

Payment Information

Payment transaction details including Razorpay payment IDs, transaction amounts, and timestamps. We do not store full card details — payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay.

Usage Data

Information about how you interact with SnapRing, including features used, session duration, pages visited, actions performed, and interactions logged.

Device & Technical Information

Device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and access logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve SnapRing services
To process your registration payment and generate invoices

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations (including tax and financial record-keeping requirements under Indian law), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Payment and invoice records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required under GST and accounting regulations. Upon account deletion request, your data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

11. Children's Privacy

SnapRing is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will immediately deactivate the account. Payments made by minors are the responsibility of the parent or guardian who authorized the transaction.

Your data may be processed or stored on servers located outside India (including by our cloud infrastructure providers). By using SnapRing, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries that may have different data protection standards.
